1. Who we are and what this policy covers
Prime Business Solutions L.L.C. (“OSOS”) is registered in the Sultanate of Oman under commercial registration number 1211259, at P.O. Box 807, Postal Code 116, The Myriad, Al Rusail, Muscat. OSOS also has branches in Saudi Arabia and in Colombo, Sri Lanka. This policy covers personal data we collect through ososrp.com, our forms, events and webinars, our mobile apps, recruitment, and business contact with customers, partners and suppliers.
It does not cover data our customers put into OSOS products. We process that data on our customers’ behalf and under their instructions, as set out in our agreement with them. By default it is stored and processed in the Sultanate of Oman. If you are an employee or user of an OSOS customer, contact your organisation about how it uses your data.
This policy replaces the privacy policies previously published at www.osos.om, including the general policy and the product and app policies (such as those for EduRP, QHSE and Atayeb). Our website moved to www.ososrp.com in September 2026, and links to the old policies redirect here.

3. Why we use it, and our legal basis
We use personal data to respond to enquiries; provide demos, resources and webinars; send marketing you have agreed to receive; manage events; assess job applications; manage customer, partner and supplier relationships; secure and improve the website; and meet legal obligations. [LEGAL: state the basis for each purpose under Oman’s Personal Data Protection Law.]
4. Cookies and tracking
We use cookies and similar technologies to run the website, and analytics tools to understand how visitors use it. We use Google reCAPTCHA to protect our forms from spam and abuse, and Vimeo to play videos on our pages; both may set cookies or collect device information. Non-essential cookies are used only with your consent. You can change your choice at any time in [Cookie settings].
5. Marketing
We send marketing emails only where you have agreed to receive them. Every email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can also opt out by writing to legal@mubbadrah.onmicrosoft.com.
6. Who we share it with
We share personal data only with:
- service providers that support our website, customer relationship management (Salesforce), email, events, recruitment and IT, under contracts that protect your data;
- OSOS branches in Saudi Arabia and Sri Lanka, where needed for the purposes above;
- authorities, where the law requires it;
- a buyer or successor, if OSOS is involved in a merger or acquisition.
We do not sell personal data.
7. International transfers
Our customer relationship management system, Salesforce Sales Cloud, is hosted in India on Amazon Web Services, so the business contact details and enquiries you send us are stored there. Our branches in Saudi Arabia and Sri Lanka may also access personal data where needed for the purposes above. We transfer personal data outside Oman only as permitted by law, including with your explicit consent where required, and to recipients that provide equivalent protection.
8. How long we keep it
| Data | Kept for |
|---|---|
| Enquiries and demo requests | Up to 3 years after our last contact with you, unless you become a customer |
| Marketing contacts | Until you unsubscribe. After that, we keep only your email address on a suppression list so we do not contact you again |
| Job applications | 12 months after the role is filled. If you join OSOS, your application becomes part of your employee record |
| Customer and supplier records | For the length of the relationship, then for as long as Omani law requires us to keep business records |
| Website analytics | Up to 2 years |
9. How we protect it
We use technical and organisational measures to protect personal data, including encryption in transit and access controls. Our [Trust Centre] describes our security approach.
10. Your rights
You can ask us to give you access to, and a copy of, your personal data; correct it; delete it; transfer it to you or another organisation; or withdraw your consent at any time. Send a request to legal@mubbadrah.onmicrosoft.com. We may need to verify your identity first. We respond within 45 days and do not charge a fee.
11. Complaints
If you are unhappy with how we handled your data, contact our Data Protection Officer first. You may also complain to the Ministry of Transport, Communications and Information Technology, which oversees data protection in Oman.
12. Artificial intelligence
[DATA NEEDED: state whether website or contact data is processed by GAITH or other AI tools, for example a website chatbot, and if so, which providers are used and where. If none is, write: “We do not use the personal data described in this policy to train artificial intelligence models.” Delete this section if Legal prefers to cover AI elsewhere.]
13. Mobile apps
This policy also covers the OSOS mobile apps: OSOS PMS, ClubRP, Atayeb (a ClubRP club app), PropRP, OSOS ERP and OSOS QHSE. Where you use an app through an organisation, such as your employer, club or property manager, that organisation decides how its records about you are used, and we process them on its behalf as described in section 1.
14. Additional information by country
- Saudi Arabia: if you are in Saudi Arabia, the Personal Data Protection Law also applies. You have the rights in section 10, and you may complain to the Saudi Data and Artificial Intelligence Authority (SDAIA).
- Sri Lanka: if you are in Sri Lanka, the Personal Data Protection Act, No. 9 of 2022, also applies as its provisions come into force. You have the rights in section 10, and you may complain to the Data Protection Authority of Sri Lanka.
15. Children
Our website is not intended for children. Where OSOS products such as EduRP process student data, we do so on behalf of the educational institution, which is responsible for that data.
16. Changes to this policy
We update this policy when our practices or the law change. The version and effective date show when it last changed, and previous versions are available on request. We will tell you about significant changes where required.
