NESR implemented the cloud based GEARS platform globally (15 countries), to provide full visibility at global/country/business line level of the overall QHSE performance (both leading and lagging indicators). The system was adopted to our needs during the implementation phase. OSOS teams successfully and smoothly completed the adaptation and implementation across the company. This included multiple training sessions across several user levels globally. Together with OSOS we are continuing to implement enhancements across the system to even further improve the functionalities.

Alkhorayef Petroleum started utilizing GEARS QHSE as its primary tool for reporting, analysis and operationalizing its Quality, Health, Safety & Environment (QHSE) Management systems since July 2019 until today. The primary functionalities utilized including facilitation of Risk Identification Report (RIR), reporting of HSE Accidents, Quality Non-Conformance Report (NCR), inspection and audits, as well managing exemptions and management of changes – and analyzing and tracking performance across the whole organization globally.
